Why we started Diamond Bay Services
Our journey began from an experience with an app that overcharged clients, had hidden subscription fees, and made cancellations difficult. It left low-income and disabled individuals unable to access essential cleaning services. The frustration of trying to explain unclear pricing as a cleaner was a key motivator. We knew there had to be a better way to provide transparent, affordable, and accessible house cleaning to the Milwaukee community.

Since branching out on our own, Diamond Bay Services has focused on accessibility and community. We proudly work with low-income and disabled individuals, helping them access government assistance programs like iLife and Clarity Care. This ensures they can enjoy our cleaning services without financial burden, making a clean and relaxing home a reality for everyone in or around Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
